Donation Statement: My commitment is to donate 10% of the net proceeds of the commissions from the transactions that are initiated by this website to the Center For The Arts. It is my great hope that the added value of this donation is of importance to you the client. However; there is no doubt that the primary value that I provide is my 20 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry. That is the focus of my efforts, but, to have our efforts also support the Center for the Arts is a rewarding outcome for me; and, I hope you share that feeling as well.
The Center for the Arts: The “Center” has become the premier performing arts venue in Nevada City, Grass Valley and Nevada County over the past 10 years. Serving all the literary, visual and performing arts with a mission that truly includes everyone. The “Center” contributes to the quality of life in Nevada City, Grass Valley and Nevada County in a significant way by enriching residents, attracting visitors and new residents each year. This organization is special to me, I was a board President for 8 years and still remain active today. I am excited about a plan that allows me to donate 10% of my net sales commission to the “Center” upon close of escrow. The Arts Collaborative of Nevada County: The ACNC is a new organization with a mission of supporting all the arts in Nevada City, Grass Valley and Nevada County. Having been incorporated just over a year ago, the ACNC has already served the arts by creating a Master Arts Events Calendar that allows all arts organizations to post events for free and has helped to organize the arts community with the result of it being designated the representative arts organization by the Board of Supervisors. I was a founding board member of this group and remain on the board and active still.
These are the two organizations that I am most closely involved with at this time.
